Job Description
1 Creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets to enter.
2 Pitching products and/or services & handling all inbound & outbound sales inquiries.
3 Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new market
4 Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
5 Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them
6 Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
7 Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
8 Maintain an inventory of sales materials and supplies, such as brochures, promotional items and product samples
9 Coordinating with sales team & prepare reports on sales by individual representatives, sales by product line and sales to individual customers
10 Provide information to the finance department on incoming and completed orders, as a basis for forecasting cash flow
11 Assist with coordinating and writing tenders, with particular focus on large strategic tenders and those with key partners
12 Undertake reviews of on-going tenders, tender success and tender failures
13 Follow up on tender success and failures with clients and communicate reasons to the management group.
14 Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
15 Negotiating with stakeholders
16 Handle orders by telephone or mail, and also check that the orders have the correct prices, discounts and product numbers and will contact customers to resolve any queries & punching all Sales Orders in the system.
17 Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale
18 Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
