Responsibilities:
Attend to customers in our retail store, providing high-quality service and expert knowledge about our products.
Manage daily operations of our retail store, including processing sales, managing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Oversee our Amazon Seller account, ensuring product listings are up-to-date and optimized for maximum visibility and sales.
Manage products on our website, including uploading new products, updating existing listings, and optimizing for SEO.
Run targeted advertisement campaigns on various platforms, including Amazon, Google, and social media.
Analyze performance metrics to drive sales and improve customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and apply them to our business strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, and e-commerce.
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplaces.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and e-commerce advertisement campaigns.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and e-commerce platforms.
