Job Description
We're seeking a Sales Enablement Content Writer to develop high-impact sales content, both internal and external-facing, that will enable sales reps to excel in client engagements.
Shift- 12:30 pm to +:30 PM IST (preferably)
Reporting to Head of Sales
Work type- Hybrid
Responsibilities:
•Minimum 3 years of experience in developing content for US market
•Develop compelling content for sales to utilize, such as: Sell Sheets, Brochures, Email Templates, and other asset types.
•Interview subject matter experts and engage with other internal resources as part of content development.
•Proactively learn about the industry, aligned business units, and competitive landscape to help drive our content strategy.
•Help identify areas for repurposing or consolidating content.
The ideal candidate:
•Extensive experience writing both sales and email campaign activities
•Added advantage if the candidate has technical knowledge to understand our Business units' offerings better
•Added advantage if the candidate has written content for BFS, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail and manufacturing industries
•Understands content's role throughout the sales cycle and how messaging needs to align to different sales stages
•Takes an agile approach when creating content and can tailor messaging for different audiences
•Self-starter with a proven track record of working in a dynamic B2B sales and marketing environment
•Experience working in a matrixed organization with the ability to multi-task across key initiatives
