Sales Representative – Industrial Filtration Solutions (Pall Filters)
Location: In-Person
Job Type: Full-time
Expected Start Date: 01/05/2025
Salary: ₹29,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Sales (Required)
Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 50%
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and technically sound Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in Pall filters and a wide range of industrial filtration solutions. This position is ideal for professionals with a mechanical engineering background and proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within the industrial manufacturing and process industries. You’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, providing expert filtration consultation, and growing our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business & Client Development
Identify and convert new business opportunities in manufacturing plants, process industries, and OEMs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Conduct industry and market research to uncover leads and assess trends.
Product Expertise & Consultative Selling
Develop deep technical knowledge of Pall filtration systems and related industrial products.
Recommend customized solutions based on client process needs and technical requirements.
Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations
Deliver compelling product presentations and technical demos to decision-makers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Account Management
Manage sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into closed deals.
Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting
Coordinate with marketing, technical support, and logistics for seamless project delivery.
Maintain detailed records of sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Customer Service & After-Sales Support
Act as the primary contact for clients post-sale to resolve any technical or service-related issues.
Ensure timely delivery and support with internal teams.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Required)
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial B2B sales (Required)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets
Technical aptitude to explain complex filtration products and solutions
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Experience:
Experience in selling industrial filtration products or process equipment
Exposure to sectors such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food & beverage, or automotive
Familiarity with Pall filtration systems or equivalent
