• Job Overview:
The Sales Engineer will work in collaboration with Account Executives to identify, contact, and engage potential clients. They will assess client needs and effectively communicate the technological capabilities and business value of our products. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to prospective clients.
• Responsibilities: Technical Solutions/ Customer Acquisition
- Analyze customer requirements and suggest customized products and engineering solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations to demonstrate how our products/services fulfill client needs and generate leads.
- Establish and manage a sales pipeline, handle inquiries, and negotiate orders to meet sales targets.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to cultivate customer relationships and stimulate referrals for repeat business.
- Possess strong technical knowledge in automation systems and solutions, including PLC, Automation Controllers, Controls, Drives, and HMI.
- Familiarity with Business Solutions and Manufacturing Applications, particularly in small factories.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing yearly sales quotas.
• Qualifications:
- BE/ B.Tech /Diploma in Electricals/Electronics & Instrumentation.
• Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the Industrial Automation Industry.
• Skills-
- Proficient in discussing technical concepts with potential leads.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
