• Seeking a Sales Engineer to lead sales efforts in Europe & Middle East region
• Responsible for managing and growing key OEM accounts
• Expand presence with Airlines and MROs
• Drive new business growth
• Work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to solve challenges
• Represent Adams Rite Aerospace at industry events and meetings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field (MBA is a plus)
• 3-5 years of experience in aerospace, with preference for candidates with technical experience
• Strong technical understanding of aerospace components and systems
• Proven ability to identify customer challenges and collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions
• Strong network within the aerospace sector, particularly with Airlines, MROs and OEMs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel and/or meet frequently with customers in the assigned region
• Must reside in the UK
