Sales Engineer - Industrial Air Compressors
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team and help us drive sales of our industrial air compressors. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with customers, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field of industrial air compressors and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Conduct factory visits to generate leads for industrial air compressors
• Schedule and coordinate customer meetings to present our products and services
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions using our industrial air compressors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential customers
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends
Requirements
• Experience in the field of industrial air compressors
• Proven track record in sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Willingness to travel extensively for factory visits and customer meetings
• Bachelor"s degree in engineering or a related field preferred
