THE WORK:
Join our vibrant sales team to drive the adoption of industry-leading Google Cloud solutions. As a Sales Engineer, you will guide mid-market clients through essential technology transformations. In this role, you will act as a technical partner, assisting clients in addressing their unique challenges and achieving their business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting workshops and assessments to evaluate client business challenges and strategic objectives.
• Providing guidance to clients on optimal Google Cloud solutions that encourage ongoing innovation and growth.
• Designing innovative solutions on the Google Cloud Platform that are linked to measurable business outcomes.
• Leading technical workshops and proof-of-concept demonstrations to illustrate how our solutions meet specific client needs.
• Serving as the technical authority, advising clients on best practices and technology strategies to minimize risks.
• Collaborating on value-driven proposals to ensure alignment with client success metrics.
• Facilitating a smooth transition from sales to implementation, aligning customer expectations with delivery plans.

The amount of travel for this role will vary based on business needs and client requirements.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• 5+ years of experience in a hands-on, client-facing technology role (e.g., Cloud Engineer, Solution Architect, or Sales Engineer).
• 4+ years of practical experience architecting solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• 2+ years of experience in Modernization, Data & AI, Call Center AI, or related areas using Google Cloud technologies.
• 4+ years of experience engaging with technical and executive stakeholders.
• 2+ years managing global teams with knowledge of project management methodologies.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
• Consulting or sales experience with a focus on innovation and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in operating models and engineering best practices.
• Deep knowledge of the GCP ecosystem, including CES, GKE, BigQuery, and Apigee.
• Google Cloud Professional certifications.
