Job Purpose : Sales Revenue & Increase in number of given territory.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities KPI,s/KRA,s for FY 20-21
Please mention the nature of the task in the last based on the Annual Sales Target - Value:- 1,30,00,000/- legend : R (Regular), P (Periodic), O (Occasional)
Handling territory of Pune, Goa, Maharashtra State New OEM’s Development:-4 Nos. responsible for increasing business in given Area .
Managing the Area and ensuring the achievement of New ACP Development:-4 Nos. sales target for industrial screw compressors,
Reciprocating Lube & Oil free Air compressor , scroll Collection Target:- Credit Days less than 20 Days and claw oil free compressor .
Cold calling for lead generation . Market Intelligence Report
Responsible for given Territory sales process like market mapping, enquiry generation, technical Timely submission of the reports discussions, commercial / delivery / payment term negotiations, enquiry conversion , payment collection Year on Year Sales GrowthETC.
Handling key OEM Customer and also Adding New Performance on Product Mix
OEM Customer in AIM Bucket .
Promoting New product to Potential customer
Generating & sustaining key contacts of consultants, agents or suppliers who can generate sales for compressors.
Using search engine like indiamart , for lead generation .
Payment Collection & Statutory forms collection& C form collection.
Researching and making a strong technical data for competition counter sales .
: Education requirement -B.E / Diploma -. Mechanical Or electrical
Background Experience / Knowledge & Skill Requirement –B2 B sales , Capitals Goods Sales , If possible
Qualification /Knowledge / Skills Specifically industrial screw compressors, Reciprocating Lube & Oil free Air compressor , scroll and claw oil free compressor , Centrifugal Compressor / Sales ,
B2 B Indirect Sales , Retail Channel sales , Dealer Sale ,Distributer sales , OEM
Sales, Territory sales management , Negotiation Skill .
