• Dealing in Coding and Marking products in Asia Pacific such as CIJ, TIJ, LASER, TTO, Handheld etc.
• Before 2017 was assembling CIJ and Laser printers for a German Company.
• Licensed to market products in India in 2018
• More than 250+ Installations in various industry verticals
The Role
Your Responsibilities Will Include
• Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budgets and targets.
• Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.
• Building a high-performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
• Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implementing performance management actions when needed.
• Ensuring proper use of the database and tools to track performance.
• Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
• Ensuring the use of proper use databases and tools to track performance.
• Managing a team of 1-5 people.
Ideal Profile
• You have at least 2 years of experience within a Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the Electronics industry.
• Experience in Area Sales would be a strong advantage.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
• You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
