Location: Saskatoon, SK • Position Type: Full-Time or Seasonal
Compensation: $17.50 – $35/hr (based on skill, hustle & performance)

We need more sales-driven techs who are equal parts friendly communicator and clean-glass craftsman. In this hybrid role, you’ll get trained to deliver exceptional service, pitch with confidence, and help us grow through referrals, upsells, and client retention. You’ll make money, learn fast, and be part of something special.

What You’ll Actually Do

You’ll spend your days:

Running jobs (mostly exterior glass using our water-fed pole system)
Talking with customers on-site — walking jobs, answering questions, recommending services
Quoting residential and small commercial jobs on the spot or via walkthrough
Pitching upgrades (e.g. track cleans, screen work, hard water removal)
Capturing reviews, referrals, and social content after the job
Owning the customer experience: from arrival to follow-up
Logging job details in our app, completing digital checklists
Representing the brand with clean gear, good vibes, and confidence
Sales-Specific Responsibilities

Walkthrough Sales – Offer visual quotes, explain options (Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald), and close with clarity
Upsell with Integrity – Point out what matters, offer value-driven solutions (not pushy, just smart)
Use Our Pitch Playbook – Scripts, tools, and tactics to convert interest into loyalty
Follow-Up with Finesse – SMS, email, or in-person follow-ups with clients who said “not now”
Drive Word of Mouth – Encourage reviews and referrals at the job site like a pro
Track Your Wins – Log leads, closes, and upsells. We’ll teach you how to measure your own momentum.

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Availability to work Monday–Friday (some Saturdays)
Willing to work in changing weather conditions (we’ll train you to be efficient and safe)
Comfortable on ladders (we use WFP systems for most jobs, but you’ll learn both)
Smartphone required for job tracking, communication, and app usage
Must be coachable, respectful, and a good human
