• We are looking for a versatile Javascript developer with proficiency in ReactJS. You will get to design and develop modular frontend architectures and features to support the rapid growth of complex enterprise software products.

• Design and build reusable front-end components to build pixel-perfect web and mobile applications.
• Help out in building the core front-end infrastructure, design systems and libraries.
• Translation of designs and wireframes into high-quality code. Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, founders and product managers.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of production experience with React JS (and/or other modern frontend frameworks - AngularJS, VueJS) and associated tooling (Redux, Jest, Webpack, Babel, Enzyme, Cypress)
• 3+ years of JavaScript (and preferably Typescript) experience including asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6/ES7.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles including Virtual DOM, Data Binding, State & Props and React Lifecycle and Redux Middleware such as Thunk or Saga.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, LESS, Bootstrap, Material UI, etc.
• Experience consuming and transforming internal and 3rd party API's (REST and GraphQL)
• Experience with code quality and reusability practices (eslint, prettier, CI/CD for front-end repos)
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibilities, responsiveness, and web accessibility standards.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, debugging, troubleshooting, and agile development
• Communication: You like discussing a plan upfront, welcome collaboration, and are an excellent verbal and written communicator.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

This critical role will have close interactions with Cohesity Sales, Customers, Engineering, Support, Product Marketing, and Partners!
How You’ll Spend Your Time Here
• Be part of the sales engineering team based in India, with primary alignment in Mumbai, West, and support across India. Focus on presales technical engagement and support for Enterprise/channel/non-named commercial market coverage.
• Work on sales opportunities assigned to the team, prioritizing efforts to maximize overall team productivity and profitability, as guided by the Pre-sales Manager.
• Proactively identify and define the technical solutions required to meet customer needs, assess both met and unmet requirements, and recommend optimal solutions for both the customer and the organization.
• Gather input from key solution stakeholders within the customer’s organization.
• Customize technical solutions as needed to ensure they align with customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales, sales support, and service teams to ensure solutions align with customers’ business needs.
• Obtain necessary technical commitments from customer teams to facilitate deal closure.
• Achieve set targets for profitable sales growth across assigned product lines, market segments, channels, and sales teams.
• Provide coaching and professional development to team members, enhancing their product knowledge, technical expertise, and sales skills.
• Identify and pursue additional business development opportunities within customer organizations, working alongside sales teams to ensure effective engagement and advancement.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions as required.

• 15+ years of proven success in a customer-facing, pre-sales role proposing enterprise solutions at all levels of a customer organization.
• Experience working with clients and technology partners alike.
• Experience selling and implementing Enterprise Hardware or Software, Security, Cloud Platforms, IaaS, PaaS, or Virtual Infrastructure software.
• Comfortable working with multiple decision-makers to drive proposals.
• Very comfortable presenter of technical and business material to both small and large groups at varying levels.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Self-motivated and a self-starter, comfortable working remotely and autonomously.
• Ability to travel as needed for the role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
