Description

Identify the potential Hospitals with NICU/ PICU/ MICU who can use High Flow Nasal Cannula Oxygen Therapy Devices.
Identify potential dealers who can implement the Heka strategy for HFNC sales promotion activities and appoint them as authorized dealers in assigned territory.
Meeting 8 to 10 potential clinicians and hospital administration or purchasing dept and bio medical engineers and other clients to introduce our devises, detail present with technical specifications and sell our devises customers and generate revenue to meet the given sales target on weekly/ monthly / quarterly basis.
Responsible for providing technical support in coordination with technical team to clients like hospitals and nursing homes who purchase our products, or to customers of a distributor that sells our products.
Required to strategize highly technical solutions during pre-sales with technical demonstration and presentation of our products in coordination with technical team.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of complex products, technology & solutions that helps the organization to identify clients’ needs.
Identify explore new clients and geographical locations for sales promotion with in the area allocated.
Monitoring competitors’ activity and reporting to senior on a regular basis.
Addressing client concerns or implementation glitches with senior management.
Reporting all activities and call to HO and seniors on daily basis.
Any other works assigned by seniors.
Qualification

BE/ BTech / Graduation in Biomedical/ Electronics/ Biotechnology

Or Any Science Graduates

Experience

At least 2 years direct sales experience in medical equipment or surgical devises organizations or experience in health care segment dealing with multi-specialty hospitals as key accounts.

Desired Skills

Candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills in handling and convincing clinical doctors, biomedical engineers and purchase depts of hospitals.
Advanced IT skills, willingness to travel extensively.
