Job Description
The Sales & Executive is a key member of the Sales & Events team, combining hands-on sales responsibility with administrative and event coordination support. You will take ownership of growing revenue from groups, including stag/hens, schools, birthday parties, and other group bookings, while ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities;
Sales & Business Development
Own and grow revenue from stag/hens, schools, birthday parties, and group bookings.
Handle incoming sales enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Procure new clients through direct contact, referrals and marketing collaboration.
Prepare proposals, contracts and pricing packages tailored to client needs.
Negotiate with clients to secure bookings while maximising revenue.
Identify opportunities for additional services, upgrades or add-ons to increase client spend.
Support the Senior Sales & Events Manager in achieving revenue targets.
Track enquiry and booking follow-ups daily to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Event Coordination & Delivery
Liaise with clients to confirm all event requirements in advance.
Assist in coordinating on-site events, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Conduct guided tours of the venue for prospective clients.
Collaborate with operations, marketing and production teams to ensure events run smoothly.
Maintain event space inventory and coordinate set-up with operations teams.
Track and report on revenue and event performance.
Assist the on-site teams as required to ensure the smooth delivery of all packages sold.
Administration & Client Relationship Management
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings and follow-ups within the CRM system.
Prepare pro-forma invoices and liaise with the finance team as required.
Undertake after-sales activity, including follow-up calls and feedback collection.
Provide administrative support to the Sales & Events team as needed.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrable experience in B2B sales or event sales environment.
Proven ability to grow group-based revenue streams (stag/hens, schools, birthday parties, corporate groups).
Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused mindset.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Confident communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team.
Experience in event coordination or operations advantageous but not essential.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
