PRIMARY DUTIES
• Administer SFDC to maintain clean and up-to-date data to ensure the data in our CRM tool reflects the same data we have in our enterprise resource planning (ERP) and business intelligence (BI) systems. This will include setting up accounts and users, mass data loads, and other system administration tasks.
• Manage the process to ensure new customers loaded into the ERP system are also loaded into the CRM tool
• Update records and data in the CRM when there are organizational changes.
• When required, run training sessions on how to use (SFDC) for new employees or to the existing commercial teams to improve the understanding, knowledge, and general use of SFDC.
• Help develop CRM and Sales Excellence training videos for on-line and self-learning initiatives.
• Collaborate on the quarterly Sales Excellence newsletter
• Collaborate on other relevant global sales excellence programs.

RELATIONSHIPS INTERNAL/EXTERNAL
• Fuller Salesforce admins team
• All sales channels and teams in HHC
• Financial teams (Financial Business Partners), Financial Planning and analysis team (FP&A)
• Other internal areas (Pricing, Product Management, Marketing)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• BA or equivalent educational qualifications or relevant work experience
• Fluency in English both verbally and in written form
• Strong face-to-face and virtual communication skills
• Very good team player
• Flexible, open-minded, organized
• Experience with reporting tools including Microsoft Excel
• Able to work autonomously with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
• Travel and support to Sales Excellence events may be required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience in Salesforce CRM is an advantage
• Knowledge of the adhesive industry and HBF market segments and sales channels
