Job Title: Sales Executive
Experience: 3-5 Years
Job task and responsibilities-
Visit customer sites, as required, for Information about installation commissioning of Crushing and Screening equipment.
Trouble shooting at customer sites.
Must be well organized and able to maintain accurate records and communicate reliable information through detailed technical reports.
Work closely with engineering, Production, DC and field services.
Train and support the local Market Area, Dealer and
Requirements
Qualification: BE / Diploma in mechanical /BBA/ MBA marketing
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and local language
Knowledge of computer software including CRM Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Conduct customer interaction with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
4-5 years of experience as a Field Service engineer, ideally on crushers, screens, conveyors and other mining and crushing process machinery would be preferred.
Self-motivated, self-starter
Skills and Abilities for the Sales Executive:
Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Must have a talent for working with other people effectively; fellow employees, customers.
Capability of making quick, accurate decisions relative to problem solution and problem liability.
Capability to understand the various product applications marketed by Our company
Ability to travel frequently with extended durations (1 week to 6 weeks) as sizable portion of the visit would be outside India.
Ability to stay in remote locations for extended periods and have the stamina to work long hours during emergency breakdowns and peak periods.
Ability to work in a variety of environments which may include exposure to extreme heat, humidity, and all weather conditions.
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally in English
