Full job description

1. Inbound Calling for new Leads

2. Answering incoming calls or leads for US Clients.

3. Serve Existing customers by after sales support.

4. Inform about new products/offers to existing customers.

5. Fix a prospective meeting with sales Team.

6. Should be able to elaborate "product" to customers

7. Should be able to elaborate all wellness products to customers.

8. Products are for "Health" make customer proper understanding about the product.

Domain Experience

1. Should have experience in "Ayurveda Domain" for inbound calling

2. Some Knowledge about "Vital Well Being".

3. Language Proficiency in Hindi and English

4. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

5. Experience with CRM software in any one

6. Communication Skills should be good in English and Hindi

7. Team Player

8. Confident & Soft-Spoken

9. Great Follow up Skills

10. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints

11. Persistent and results-oriented

12. Patient and able to handle customer rejection

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
