Designation: Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai and Bangalore
Preferred: Candidates with experience in Medical Devices (Neurovascular)
Role & responsibilities
1. Sales and Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth.
Actively identify and generate leads for medical equipment, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
Develop direct physician relationships (new and existing accounts) to expand territory growth, promotion of neurovascular-interventional products and gather feedback on the devices.
Make a presence in OT as per the requirement of the doctors in interventional procedures.
Target accounts consist of Neuro-Radiologists, Neuro- Interventionalists, Neuro-Intervention Radiologists and Neuro Surgeons.
Actively identify and generate leads for medical equipment, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct effective technical sales presentations to existing and potential clients to secure new accounts and retain existing ones.
Coordinate and arrange product demonstrations for doctors, customers, and stakeholders to showcase product features and benefits.
2. Territory Management and Target Achievement:
Achieve or exceed product-wise sales targets set for the assigned territory through strategic planning and execution.
Proactively seek opportunities to expand market share within the territory.
Monitor and ensure the availability of adequate stock levels with distributors to avoid supply disruptions.
3. Reporting and Strategy Implementation:
Submit timely and accurate reports to the reporting manager and the sales administration team, detailing sales activities, progress, and market trends.
Implement company strategies and sales initiatives to promote products effectively.
4. Market Analysis and Feedback:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and market dynamics.
Provide timely feedback on competitor activities and market trends to senior management.
5. KOL Management and Product Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote new products and initiatives.
Build long-term partnerships with KOLs to ensure sustained product advocacy.
6. Coordination and Support:
Liaise with distributors to manage sales activities, logistics, stock availability, and timely payment collection.
Attend workshops, training programs, and company-sponsored events to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Skills:
Customer Orientation - expand & create strong customer base, gain feedback & ensure their needs/orders are met on timely basis, complaint handling.
Excellent communication skills across channels for smooth operation on-field & within team for better teamwork.
Teamwork - active participation to complete a task in most effective & efficient way
Flexibility - being able to adapt, observe & work in coordination with reporting head
Initiative - proactively suggestion/ being a part of team planning & executing a task
