As part of our financial services, employees are expected to assist customers with various products such as school loan , college loan , business loan , home loan, lap loan , cold storage loan and many options. This includes visiting customers at their location to explain the services, collect necessary documents, and ensure all files are properly received for smooth processing. Maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction is key during every visit.
