Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Midnapore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. They will also be required to maintain client relationships, meet sales targets, and provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
Qualifications
• Proven sales experience and strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
