He/She should be a candidate from the age group of 25 to 35 years with a bachelor’s degree in
Physiotherapy or life sciences with good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.
2) Products to be sold are bracing products like knee braces, ankle braces, and shoulder braces.
These are higher-end mp; costly products manufactured by Donjoy, USA. So, the product is to
be sold with good sales skills (no chance to achieve the sales on ‘price point’).
3) The customers would be Orthopaedic Surgeons, physiotherapists, hospitals, medical shop
owners, and surgical goods, distributors. Hence the candidate having experience working
with companies like Vissico, Tynor, LP etc. would be preferable.
4) Candidate with the mindset of taking on monthly sales targets and achieving it would be
given preference
