Description:

1. Assisting Managers in follow-ups for various tasks assigned by them

2. Follow up with clients for payments on behalf of the partners and maintain excel file.

3. Performing basic admin duties including printing, ordering office supplies when required, sending emails, attending office phone & all social media handles including
website and WhatsApp Business accounts.

4. Reviewing orders and preparing Fee Quotes for assignments.

5.Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager.

6. Organizing staff meetings and updating the calendar.

7. Contact the customer and understand the requirements of the customer.

8. Make customers understand the project by providing information about our products.

9. Timely follow-up with customers regarding the status of the project.

10. Promotion of our facilities to new and existing clients through a proactive approach.
