Key Responsblities:  Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain & customer Satisfaction  Handle marketing initiatives and alliances in the assigned territory  Take corrective action when needed, review performance with team members  Attain the Individual target and motivate team to attain their target  Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reporting to Business Head with the sales funnel and target achieved  Monitor competitor activities and devise effective countermeasures  Proficiency in contract negotiations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating sales and handling clients efficiently  Maintain Payment collection Tracker of assigned region
