This profile is open for freshers who have completed or about to complete their MBA/BBA. This profile will be responsible for real estate tele sales and site sales, revenue strategies, marketing, training. The Prime role is to sell high end luxury residential and commercial projects. The role involves around to build and preserve trusting relationships with our premier customers.
Perform all follow up for all outbound callsStrong follow-up strategist.Handle both inbound /outbound calls.He / She will collaborate with company executives to develop strategic plans for business growth based on short-term and long-term goals, communicate those goals to your team, and guide them to success.Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Investors, retailers, and individuals of high net worth) to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.Strong client focus including pre and post-sales services for long term wealth retention.Conducting market review/studies and analyzing competitors activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
OWN CONVEYANCE IS MUST. CANDIDATE LIVING IN GURGAON OR NEAR TO GURGAON IN DELHI AREAS WILL BE PREFERRED FIRST.
