New customer acquisition via phone, email, or other online channelsMap potential customers and generate leads for the organisation and look for new opportunitiesIdentifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clientsFollowing up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website, emails, and inbound calls.Build and maintain client relationsWork with internal departments such as production team to engage clients more deeplySolve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutionsProactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customersBe a brand ambassador and reflect company value at all times
