Key Responsibilities:
· Handling of inbound and outbound customer calls.
· Communication to customers by call or email for any new product launch and trying to Upsell.
· Building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
· Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
CRM Executive Requirements:
· A bachelor’s degree.
· Freshers or experienced with minimum of 6 months of experience.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Mandatory).
· A team player and should be ready to take on new challenges.
· Should have a positive attitude towards work.

Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
