Description
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within the assigned site and also other projects, thereby achieving monthly targets.
- Develop and increase business by generating and following leads with tele-calling, face-to-face presentations, site visits, and meetings with clients
- Understand customer requirements and present the project details in the best interest to close the sale.
- Building a strong & wide network for increasing clients and business associates
- Train and motivate brokers to provide a better understanding of market/products
- Maintaining and updating accurate records of customers and interactions in ERP
- Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of all projects, real estate industry, banking regulations, and other industry-related activities
- Submitting weekly reports and providing timely feedback to senior management to assist them in formulating the best marketing strategies
- Coordinating with CRM on a day-to-day basis to provide assistance and customer communication for smooth flow of after-sales service
- Attending property exhibitions, events, and activities to build client networks and promote the projects
