Job Title: Business Executive (BE)
Function: Operations (Distributor Management)
Overall Job Objective (Purpose): The BE is a leader of a business unit/territory (Branches & or STLs), He is like a ‘mini distributor’ responsible for planning, deploying and executing joint business Plans & building organization capability. He will execute the distributor strategies to deliver sales, resale fundamentals. Like P&G district manager to a country, Business executive will be to a distributor
As an owner of the business unit he will be accountable for accurate and timely availability of data and information necessary in making right business plans and decisions. He will be instrumental in achieving the Distributor’s Vision, by ensuring sustainable and profitable operations. The BE will achieve all of this by LEADING/MANAGING & MOTIVATING a high performance organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Post Graduate /Graduate + Diploma in sales/ marketing/ 1st class Graduate, Working knowledge of Computers
Experience: 8 -10 years of relevant experience (will be relaxed for PG), must have experience in a Leadership role handling a team of high caliber people.
Language: Fluency in English and Local language
Key Criteria: Very High Leadership skills, Strong Initiative & follow through skills, Exceptional Thinking Problem solving skills, Working effectively with others and. Very high maturity levels.
Age: 35 to 40 years
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
