Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious person to join our team. A successful candidate will work closely with the Sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and support the growth of the company. An ideal candidate who believes in hard and smart work at the same time possess a positive attitude toward colleagues, presentable with excellent interpersonal skills, conscientious, passionate about job at hand, Flexible to wear a hat with a variety of feathers, who can vision themselves to be a part of a team that is in the making of a massive success.
Responsibilities:
· Identify & pursue new business opportunities in target markets by lead generation & cold calling
· Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate new leads & referrals.
· Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation & client acquisition.
· Collaborate with internal team do upsell existing clients.
· Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closed.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
· Schedule meetings and demos for qualified leads.
· Meet and exceed lead generation targets and goals.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
· Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects.
· Identify potential customers by proactively engaging with them and understanding their needs.
· Utilize sales techniques to close sales and meet monthly sales targets.
· Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.
· Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.
· Maintain a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate with clients
Requirements:
· H.S.C or equivalent high school diploma.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Result-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
· Ability to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· B2B Sales Experience preferred.
