Job Description
• Manage and close all incoming & outgoing inquiries on each platform; Phone, Email, whatsapp,Live chat - FB, Insta, Lead agents, Deal sites
• Perform sales consultations over the phone
• Prepare and send quotations, daily follow-ups, and Close Sales
• Lead nurturing & registrations
• CRM; enter, track & update leads and prospects on a daily basis
• Maintain records of calls and sales/clients and note useful information
• Actively seek out referrals from existing customers & new registrations
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Actively seek out feedback and reviews from installed customer
• Meet & exceed sales target
• Responsible for making strategies for revenue generation
• Submit accurate sales paperwork online in a timely manner
• Submit an accurate daily activity report just before you log off
• Educate customers on new product launch can benefit them
DESIRED PROFILE
• Experience in selling online educational course via calling messaging and email
• A driving passion for sales that to meet revenue targets
• Knowledge of CRM database software
• Excel sheet proficiency
Qualifications
• 1-5 years' of sales experience
• Educational qualification in relevant field
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving target
