• URGENT HIRING
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our products to potential customers through a variety of sales channels, such as email, phone calls, and in-person meetings
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to increase sales and brand awareness
- Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches to clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and how they meet their needs
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and goals within designated time frames
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Manage and update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree in marketing, business administration or a related field is a plus
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the fashion or textile industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Pay: Commission-based, with a competitive commission structure and the potential for uncapped earning potential. We are willing to come up with creative ideas.
