Responsibilities
Generate New Business:
• Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
• Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, challenges, and goals of prospective clients.
• Engage in consultative selling by presenting software solutions tailored to the client's specific requirements.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to achieve sales targets.
Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and key stakeholders through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with expert advice on our software solutions and their potential benefits.
• Continuously engage with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell software products or services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Cycle Management:
• Qualify leads and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the value of our software solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and tailor software proposals to align with their business objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, addressing any concerns or objections raised by clients.
• Effectively close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and position our software solutions effectively.
• Conduct market research to identify potential market segments and target industries for software sales campaigns.
• Provide feedback to the presales teams regarding customer needs, competitor activities, and product enhancements.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to provide insights on performance, achievements, and challenges.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in software sales or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of software products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
