Responsibilities
Generating leads/data.
Calling on data shared by the company or developed themselves on a daily basis.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Converting the lead/data into site visit meetings and sales.
Maintaining the lead/data/client list with proper follow-up and updates on their visits, buying, and payment status.
Presentation of the site to the clients on their visits
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Determined to travel to meet the client on all project sites of the company and also visit the main office as and when required.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for deals.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and developers.
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills.
Language: English, Hindi ( more preference to candidates also knowing Marathi, Gujarati, or any other regional languages)
Education: 12 Pass/ Graduate (Preferable person currently not pursuing studies)
Experience: 6 months or more in Real Estate Sales (Freshers also welcome with commitment)
Additional Requirement
•2/4-wheeler with proper license | Android Mobile Phone with Sim Card
•Suitable for candidates staying in Thane, Kalyan, Titwala, Ambernath, Ulhasnagar, etc.
•Weekly Holiday is on Wednesday only. (Kindly note that weekends and public holidays are prime days of work)
