Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and prospects.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage. Analyze customer feedback and market demands to suggest product or service enhancements.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to create compelling sales proposals and strategies.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in CRM systems. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features, advantages, and value propositions to clients. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide feedback and insights to help improve marketing strategies.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of products or services.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role. Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations and effectively communicate with clients at various levels of seniority.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics. Ability to identify business opportunities and propose solutions based on customer needs.
Results-Driven: Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
