Responsibilities:
• Servicing and closure of high-profile lead-related commercial office space for coworking space or managed offices.
• Profile of clients ranges from Founder/CEO- Startups & SMEs, HR/Admin of Large Corporates and MNCs.
• Required repeated and highly detailed meetings with clients to discuss design requirements assisted with existing measurements and drafted the layout of the existing spaces.
• Furnishing leads through liaisoning with Real Estate Consultants, Builders, Contractors, Property Search Platforms, Direct Property Seekers, Key Clients and other relevant platforms.
• Making and presenting immaculate presentations custom-fit to the client's needs by coordinating with Design, and the Ops team.
• Preparation of Detailed Quotations for clients and advising them till closure.
• Internal knowledge transfer to operations and regular coordination with the project management team to remain abreast of the progress.
• Ensure Client Satisfaction through and post the process of closure.
Requirement and Skills:
• Strong experience in selling small or large ticket solutions in traditional real estate, coworking, or retail
• Excellent communication and superior email writing skills ensure effective communication with high-profile clients like CEOs/ Founders etc.
• An excellent network of Real-estate Brokers, Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs, Real Estate Consultants, Builders, and End clients to foster regular business.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
• Training and Development of the downline team and regular reporting updates to be supplied to uplines whenever applicable.
