Roles and Responsibilities
• Efficient in calling up stakeholders, Convince & Follow up to ensure maximum footfall for the event according to pre-decided guest list & ensuring everyday all pre-decided slots are full.
• Advance Weekly planning of the guests who will be visiting.
• Ensure registration of attendees/guests to the event.
• ****** the guests through the dedicated center & explain project components by giving a walk through
• Collection of feedback & also video-bytes for promotional activities
• Should have knowledge & understanding of social media channels
• Provide tour of dedicated center to all visitors, ensuring project concept is well explained
• Ensuring that the center is presentable and well maintained at all times
• Handling and monitoring processes for citizen engagement
• Data Management: Monitoring processes for Data Collection on footfalls
• Customer feedback capturing and communication
• Driving marketing initiatives, events and activation
• Process Compliance- Ensure compliance of SOP on related processes of the center
• Managing visual merchandise of center and ensure looks are refreshed periodically
• Participating in various promotional activities in order to increase the footfall of the customers in Experience Centers
This Is What You’ll Need
• An obsessive approach to customer service, pleasing personality and excellent communication.
• Deep curiosity for retail experiences and customer service
• Minimum 1 year experience in experiential/ product retailing, sales, retail operations, retail consulting, or similar fields
• Track record of delivering customer experience and related KPI s
