Job purpose: Responsible for the overall New Business Development for General Staffing Vertical – Innovsource – A FirstMeridian Company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identify & Create prospects of new clients through lead generation, cold calling, referencing & social media interface for Staffing services (HR Services) for new business generation.
• Frame marketing strategies and sales plans for staffing services to corporate clients and mine existing clients for new business generation and ensure sales targets.
• Manage pricing, deliver corporate presentations, negotiations and ensure timely closures for revenue generation.
• Maintain market & competitor intelligence & map the existing Local Market and Maintain relationships with clients to generate an additional volume of business.
• Develop new methods and ways of identifying and generating new leads.
• Ensure follow-ups with prospective clients & Negotiate with Clients for contract signing.

• Local Market exposure coupled with corporate sales exposure from Staffing Industry
• Qualifications: Graduate, Postgraduate / MBA
