Dealtechub.com, a division of Dealzo, is a leading provider of CRM and website solutions for real estate professionals. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our innovative CRM and website solutions to realtors, helping them streamline their operations and enhance their online presence.
Responsibilities:
Execute email outreach efforts used to drive meetings with prospects
Conduct market research in order to generate leads
Work on a list of target prospects, with the goal of securing meetings for our sales organization
Maintain timely and targeted follow-up on leads and outreach so nothing falls through the cracks
Ensure adequately qualified leads are delivered to respective account owners
Exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual lead/pipeline targets
Qualifications
A bachelor's or masters in Marketing / Business or a related field
Proven experience with lead generation and outbound sales is a prerequisite
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail, Highly organized.
Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and flexible team environment.
Requirements:
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology or real estate industry. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our CRM and website solutions to realtors.
Relationship Management: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Strong interpersonal skills to understand client needs, provide consultative advice, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM systems and website solutions. Understanding of real estate technology trends and the needs of realtors in managing their customer relationships and online presence.
Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales goals within specified deadlines.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and other relevant sales and marketing technologies.
