Job Overview:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for revenue generation for firm, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and propose them suitable properties as per their requirements. In addition, you will collaborate with our marketing teams to ensure that we are providing the best possible solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow firm revenue, building strong relationships with customers and understanding their property needs
Identify and pursue new client opportunities through research, networking, and other sales channels
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives
Collaborate with channel partners
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate market
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
