ROLE: Sales Executive
EXP: 0-1 year
LOCATION: Sector 16, Noida
TIMINGS: 9:30am to 6:30pm
SALARY: Up to 4.5lpa + Monthly Incentives
BONUS: Assured Annual bonus depending on Company’s Annual Performance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Graduate.
We are currently seeking to appoint a motivated Sales Executive who will be responsible for establishing and taking the lead in regards to developing relationships with strategic partners. The role is new within the company and will need to establish and grow partner relations from the ground up. The role will work closely with the product, commercial and marketing teams to prospect, negotiate, launch and manage multiple partnerships.
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads / acquisition new partner
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects partner b to b
• Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
• Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
• Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects partner and clients
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of partner relationship management and the ability to identify mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential partners.
• Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, with a track record of closing successful partnership agreements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess potential partners' strengths and weaknesses.
• Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis techniques.
