The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our two primary products: healthcare service packages and edtech business consulting and mentorship services. The role involves significant travel, approximately 30% of the time, and the successful candidate must possess a valid bike license and have their own laptop.
Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell our healthcare service packages and edtech business consulting and mentorship services to potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach out to them effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, highlighting the key benefits and features of our services.
• Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions accordingly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and proposals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and generate leads.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or edtech industry, would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Possession of a valid bike license and own transportation.
• Proficiency in using a laptop and familiarity with relevant software applications.
