Location :- Rammandir(East ).
Key Responsibilities
Business/ Operational/ Functional/ Financial Perspective.
• Responsible For Achieving Sales Target And Monthly Benchmarks Set By Supervisors.
• Maintaining Call Quality (Quality Score Should Be Greater Than 80%).
• Complete responsibility for lead generation, sales lead conversion for Demat Account (Discount Broking).
• Updating CRM With In Prescribed TAT.
• Keep Abreast Of Cross Sell Products (Insurance/ MF).
• Generating Leads Through Cold Calling References.
• Timely Follow-Up With Prospects With In Framework Of Company Compliance.
• Maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Converting At-Least 15% Of Assigned Talisma Leads.
