We have an opening for the post of Sales Executive
for a reputed Company at the Kolkata
location.
Key Responsibility:
• Registration and acknowledgment of an inquiry.
• Risk Analysis or opportunity analysis
• Coordinating with the design department for the GA Drawing/ flow scheme.
• Coordinating with the internal team, filing documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Preparation of technical, and commercial Offers, visiting customers, and preparing internal Meeting Minutes. MIS reporting.
• Followups on offer Status, PO,
• Getting the backup quotations for the process.
• Technical and commercial query resolving after consultation with seniors for the customer.
• Preparation of SO Release documents to all departments like Order acceptance, Budget release as per dispatchable units.
• Develop and maintain the customer relationship and promote our Products and Brand. On social media and other platforms offline and online
• Any other work assigned by the management from time to time

• These will be reviewed and updated periodically based on the business requirements.
Qualification and Skills:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing/Sales Management in or equivalent qualifications.
• Good knowledge and handson experience in Sales Strategies.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Sound knowledge and experience in ISO Quality Management System.
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• The ability to identify and intervene in problem areas well developed problemsolving skills.
