Salary : 17,000- 23,000 (depending on last drawn salary/experience)
Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai
Shift : 6 days working + 1 rotational week off.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused sales
Executive to join our sales team. The customer support Executive will handle inbound calls from prospective customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills,
a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Product - Holiday Packages sale.
• Assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting.
• Managing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Developing product knowledge and educating customers.
• Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Documenting interactions and generating reports.
• Collaborating with other teams for customer success.
• Continuous learning to improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales (BPO /sales)
• 12th pass candidates are welcome.
• Travel industry experiences are given more preference.
• Clear and strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
