• Position: Customer Service Executive (Wireless) - Canadian Telecom Sales
• Interview Mode: Walk-in Interviews on Designated Days
• Job Profile:
Join our dynamic team in the Canadian Telecom Sales division and unleash your potential in a sales-oriented customer service role. We're looking for individuals with excellent communication skills to excel in the following capacity:
• Responsibilities:
- Sales, upselling, collections, retention, and lead generation within a target-driven environment.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and achieve sales objectives.
• Qualifications:
- Education: UG/Graduate with a minimum of + months of international BPO experience.
• Work Schedule:
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 11:00 AM (Includes 8 hours of production + 1-hour break + 0.5 hours pre-shift and 0.5 hours post-shift)
- Fixed Offs: Saturday and Sunday
• Salary:
- CTC: CAD 47,500 PA
- Take Home: CAD 33,756
- Unlimited Incentives in Canadian Dollars
