As a Sales Executive with 0 to 2 years of experience, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers and promoting our products or services over the phone. Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products or services.

• Explain the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products or services clearly and persuasively.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and with empathy.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to update customer information and track sales activities.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas to ensure consistent productivity.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive telephone manner.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer pain points and requirements.
• Ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications like MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new sales techniques and strategies.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
