Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop & maintain strong relationships with the Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Corporate Clients & Contractors, in order to generate new leads.
Stay up to date on the industry trends & upcoming opportunities by doing market research & competition analysis.
Manage & co-ordinate the preparation of tenders & proposals, including the review of technical specifications & contract conditions, negotiations, closing the deal, co-ordinating the delivery & managing collectibles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of the project.
Requirements:
Candidates Having prior experience with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Corporate Clients & Contractors will be given first preference.
(3 - 5 years of experience in Furniture or equivalent interiors related industry)
Educational qualifications required are graduate degree in engineering or equivalent, preferably with MBA in Sales/Marketing.
Excellent oral and written communication & negotiation skills.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
Excellent track record for Business development & winning new Clients.
