Your goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: - Proactively identify and target potential clients within the construction industry, including builders, contractors, architects, and other relevant stakeholders. - Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients to foster long-term partnerships. - Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor product recommendations and solutions. 2. Sales and Revenue Generation: - Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling construction supplies available on the BuildStorey platform. - Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches that highlight the value and benefits of our products. 3. Product Knowledge and Expertise: - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our products. 4. Market Research and Insights: - Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand industry trends, demands, and customer preferences. - Gather feedback from clients regarding product offerings, pricing, and user experience, and relay this information to the relevant teams for continuous improvement. 5.
