Role Description
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving sales for our Coffee Machines. An ideal experience of 5-8 years is required along with a robust network in procurement. A successful history of building and maintaining client relationships is encouraged.
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5-8 years in Sales, with expertise in market access and Procurement
Salary: 6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development:
• Utilize your extensive network and contacts in acquisition to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's monetary realm.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote products and meet business objectives.
• Relationship Management:
• Leverage existing relationships with key stakeholders in the electric appliance industry.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Brand Promotion:
• Take ownership of promoting the brand and products in the market.
• Implement marketing and sales campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team based on market insights and customer feedback.
• Market Access Expertise:
• Utilize your understanding of market access dynamics to identify and exploit market trends.
• Collaborate closely with acquisition experts and other critical stakeholders
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Immediate Joining:
• Facilitate a quick and efficient onboarding process to ensure immediate integration into the sales team.
• Collaborate with HR to expedite the hiring process.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5-8 years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on electro mechanical household appliances.
• Strong network and contacts in procurement and related areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Results-driven with a customer-centric approach
