Job Title: SALES ASSOCIATE EXECUTIVE
About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated Sales Associate Executive to deliver exceptional service and drive sales. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will be responsible for promoting our products/services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Skills:
• Proven sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Stock market and trading knowledge is a plus.
Tools:
• CRM software
• Sales analytics tools
Tasks and Key Result Areas (KRAs):
• Understand and sell TIC’s trading courses.
• Identify students' needs and upsell products.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge.
• Build and nurture student relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ensure high student satisfaction.
• Improve lead conversion rates.
• Efficiently manage the sales pipeline.
Job Type:
Full-time, Hybrid (6 days a week)
